One and Two Day Courses
Some topics need to be covered in more depth, so that trainees can develop a better understanding and have time to learn and practice new skills.  So some of our courses, such as Time Management, Leadership and Appraisal Skills are one day duration, and Presentation Skills and Recruitment and Selection are run over two days.

	Coaching and Mentoring There is increasing demand on managers to coach their staff and some of our most popular courses are on Coaching and Mentoring.  These programmes are designed to equip managers with the knowledge and skills to fulfil their role as coach and/or mentor effectively We offer the ILM Award in Workplace Coaching, and the Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches at level 3.
